When to call
What counts as a roof emergency.
If you are not sure, call. We would rather hear about it early than after the next storm.
Water coming in now
Water dripping through a ceiling, a light fixture or down a wall. Put a bucket under it, move what you can, and call. Then we find where it starts.
Storm and wind damage
Missing tiles or shingles, metal panels that lifted, or a section of roof torn open after a storm. We inspect it, photograph it and fix it.
Something hit the roof
A tree limb or debris through the roof. Tell us on the phone what hit it and where, so the right crew comes out.
Commercial roof leaks
A leak over a store, office, warehouse or condo unit. Flat, TPO, tile and metal roofs. Same number, same 24-hour answer.
While you wait
What to do before we get there.
- Stay off the roof
A wet roof is slippery, and storm damage is not always easy to see from the top. Let us go up.
- Catch the water
Buckets, towels, and move furniture and electronics out of the way. If water is near a light or an outlet, turn that circuit off at the breaker.
- Take photos
Pictures of the ceiling, the floor and anything that got wet, with the date. You will want them later.
- Call early
Storm weeks fill up fast and we take calls in the order they come in. Call as soon as you see a problem.

Frequently asked questions.
Do you answer the phone at night?
Yes. (561) 318-8624 is answered by a person 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
How soon can you come out?
It depends on the weather and how many calls came in before yours. We set the time on the call. During storm weeks, call as soon as you see a problem.
Is the inspection still free in an emergency?
Yes. You get photos of the problem and the price in writing before we start.
Can you fix a roof while it is raining?
Roofing material needs a dry surface to hold. If it is still raining, we do what can be done safely and finish the permanent repair once the roof is dry.
Do you handle commercial roof emergencies?
Yes. Offices, plazas, condos and warehouses, including flat and TPO roofs. Call the same number.
What should I do until you get here?
Stay off the roof. Catch the water, move what you can, and turn off power to any light or outlet near the leak. Take photos of the damage with the date.
