Do I need to tell my HOA before you put a tarp on?

Once the timber is dry, and after county-wide weather, once the queue reaches you. We do not hand out arrival dates we cannot keep. We get the tarp on so nothing further gets in, tell you truthfully where you stand, keep you posted, and use the drying days to get the association submission ready.
