Request your free inspection
Two offers we make to every homeowner in Palm Beach County, listed plainly so you can see what each one is before you call. Molsbee Roofing has been family-run since Don Molsbee started it in 1975, works the county from Lake Worth Beach, and holds Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC1327429.
Both start the same way: a free inspection, photos of what we find, and a written scope with the price before any work starts.

Free roof inspection before hurricane season
A Molsbee roofer walks your roof, photographs what he finds, and puts the price in writing before any work starts. There is no cost for the inspection, and none whether it turns into work or not.
Refer a neighbor and get paid
Send a friend or neighbor to Molsbee Roofing. You get $125 when they book an inspection with us, and another $125 when they sign.
That is up to $250 for every friend you refer, with no limit on referrals.

What the inspection behind every offer checks
The roof edges first, because wind gets under a rake, an eave or a ridge before anything else. Then the valleys, the flashings at walls and chimneys, the pipe and vent collars, and the tile, shingle, metal or membrane itself.
We look at ceilings and the attic where we can get in. What an inspection cannot see is the wood deck, and on tile most of the underlayment, without opening the roof.
The written report says what we saw, what we could not see, and what we recommend.
The paperwork you end up holding
Before work: photos and a written scope with the price. After work: the permit and passed inspection from your city or the county, the manufacturers' product warranties, and a roof certification letter for your insurer when you ask for one.
Molsbee is a GAF Certified Contractor and an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, and Carlisle-certified for TPO flat roofs.
How to take up an offer
Call (561) 318-8624, answered 24 hours a day, or send the form. Tell us the address and what the roof is doing, and we will set a time for the free inspection.
