What we install
Concrete and clay tile, standing-seam and panel metal, architectural shingle, and flat and low-slope roofs in TPO and modified bitumen. Commercial re-roofs and waterproofing for condominiums, HOAs, plazas and offices. On clay barrel tile we can detach and reset: lift the tile, replace the underlayment beneath it, and reset the same tile.

What the free inspection covers
A Molsbee roofer checks the edges, valleys, flashings, pipe and vent collars and the condition of the tile, shingle, metal or membrane, and looks at ceilings and the attic where we can get in. Everything is photographed and the photos come to you. An inspection cannot see the wood deck or, on a tile roof, most of the underlayment without opening the roof. We say that in writing, and any deck repair found on a re-roof is shown to you and approved before it is done.
What you get in writing
A written scope with the price before work starts: tear-off, underlayment, the new covering, flashings, permit and clean-up, each named. When the job is done you get the passed inspection, the warranty paperwork and, if your insurer asks for one, a roof certification letter.
Permits across the county
Palm Beach County has dozens of cities and towns, and many of them run their own building departments. West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Jupiter each issue their own roofing permits; unincorporated addresses go through the county. In historic districts and many HOA communities, a change of roof material or color can need approval before the permit. We check which applies to your address before the work is scheduled.
On site
Our crews wear protective, safe footwear on tile roofs. The site is cleaned every day and swept for fasteners with a magnet. If a roof has to stay open overnight, it is dried in before we leave.
