Here is how it works. We come out and look at your roof for free. You get photos of what we found and a price in writing. If the roof can be repaired instead, we tell you that. Tile, metal, shingle and flat. We install all four, and we say plainly which one makes sense for your house, its pitch and its exposure.
Tile roofs
Concrete, clay and barrel tile, a common roof on Palm Beach County homes. On clay barrel tile we can detach and reset: lift the tile, replace the underlayment and reset the same tile.
Metal roofs
Standing seam and metal tile. Sheds rain fast, holds up to sun and salt air, and lasts a long time. A favorite near the water.
Shingle roofs
Architectural shingle suits many ranch and contemporary homes and is installed to the Florida Building Code wind requirements. We are a GAF Certified Contractor and an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor.
Flat and low-slope
TPO and modified bitumen for the flat parts of a home. The porch roof, the addition, the section over the garage.

We pull the permit with your town or the county. Then we tear off the old roof, dry it in and put the new one on. Our crews wear protective, safe footwear on tile roofs. We clean up every day and run a magnet for nails.

The building inspector signs off. You get our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty in writing, the manufacturers' product warranty paperwork and, if your insurer asks, a roof certification letter.

How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes take a few days once we start. A shingle roof is quicker. A tile roof takes longer because of the weight and the extra steps under the tile. The permit is the longer wait, and we handle that before anyone shows up. You get the schedule in writing.
What does a new roof cost?
It depends on the size of the roof, how steep it is, the material you pick and what we find under the old roof. We do not guess over the phone. We come out for free, measure it and give you one price in writing. Financing is available if it helps, and the details are on the financing page.
Repair or replace?
If a repair will give you years of good roof, we say so and do the repair. If the roof is at the end of its life, we show you why in the photos. Either way you get the answer in writing, and it costs nothing to ask.
Do I need a permit to replace my roof?
Yes. A roof replacement needs a building permit and inspection. West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Jupiter and many other cities run their own building departments; unincorporated addresses go through Palm Beach County. We pull the permit and meet the inspector. Roof work done without a permit can hold up the sale of your home later.
Which roof is right for my house?
Tile and metal are long-lived and handle our wind well. Shingle is quicker to install and suits many ranch and contemporary homes. Near the water, the right fasteners and flashing metals matter more. We tell you which one fits your home, and we explain the reasons in writing.
What does the inspection not show?
The wood deck, and on a tile roof most of the underlayment, stay hidden until tear-off. The report says so. If we find rotten decking once the old roof is off, you see the photos and approve the repair in writing before we do it.
Can you keep my clay barrel tile?
Often, yes. On a detach-and-reset we lift the clay barrel tile, replace the underlayment beneath it, and reset the same tile. The inspection tells you whether your tile is a good candidate.
My HOA or historic district has rules. Can you help?
Yes. Many communities in the county review roof material and color, and in a local historic district a change can need city review before the permit. Tell us where the house is and we check which approval applies before the job is scheduled.
