Three generations of the same family, working out of the same shop in Lake Worth Beach. We put well over a hundred re-roofs on homes in the last year, in tile, metal, shingle and flat.
Here is how it works. We come out and look at your roof for free. You get photos of what we found and a price in writing. If the roof can be repaired instead, we tell you that. Tile, metal, shingle and flat. We install all four, and we say plainly which one makes sense for your house and your budget.
Tile roofs
Concrete, clay and barrel tile. The roof most of Palm Beach County was built with, and the one we replace most. Heavy, long-lived and made for our wind.
Metal roofs
Standing seam and metal tile. Sheds rain fast, holds up to sun and salt air, and lasts a long time. A favorite near the water.
Shingle roofs
Architectural shingle is the sensible choice on a budget and still stands up to a storm. We are GAF Master Elite and Owens Corning Platinum Preferred, so the manufacturer warranty is the full one.
Flat and low-slope
TPO and modified bitumen for the flat parts of a home. The porch roof, the addition, the section over the garage.

We pull the permit with your town or the county. Then we tear off the old roof, dry it in and put the new one on. We clean up every day and run a magnet for nails.

The county inspector signs off. We register the manufacturer warranty and hand you our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty in writing.

How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes take a few days once we start. A shingle roof is quicker. A tile roof takes longer because of the weight and the extra steps under the tile. The permit is the longer wait, and we handle that before anyone shows up. You get the schedule in writing.
What does a new roof cost?
It depends on the size of the roof, how steep it is, the material you pick and what we find under the old roof. We do not guess over the phone. We come out for free, measure it and give you one price in writing. Financing is available if it helps, and the details are on the financing page.
Repair or replace?
If a repair will give you years of good roof, we say so and do the repair. If the roof is at the end of its life, we show you why in the photos. Either way you get the answer in writing, and it costs nothing to ask.
Do I need a permit to replace my roof?
Yes. Every roof replacement in Palm Beach County needs a building permit and a county inspection. We pull the permit and meet the inspector. Roof work done without a permit can hold up the sale of your home later.
Which roof is right for my house?
Tile and metal last the longest and handle our wind well. Shingle costs less up front. Near the water, metal and the right fasteners matter more. We tell you which one fits your home and your budget, and we will not push you toward the pricier one.
