Lifetime Workmanship WarrantyWe repair roof leaks in Lantana and nearby Hypoluxo and Manalapan. On the lagoon and Hypoluxo Island, we check the roof metal for corrosion; on a mainland house we also inspect edges and the junctions where porches or additions meet the roof.
Our inspection traces the water to its entry point, with photographs and a written price for the repair. We work from our shop in Lake Worth Beach and check which town handles the permit before arranging work.

On a block house from the mid-seventies the water gets in at the edge metal, the valleys, the pipe boots, the chimney flashing and the tie-in where a porch or Florida room meets the main roof, and often through an older repair that has itself let go. On Hypoluxo Island and in Point Manalapan, salt from Lake Worth Lagoon reaches the fasteners and the edge metal first, so we look for corrosion under tile that still looks sound.
On a low-slope condo roof we inspect the seams, the drains and the wall junctions. The stain tells us where to start; the inspection finds where the water enters.
Restoration usually means one of two things: a coating over a low-slope roof, or bringing a worn roof back with new metal, underlayment and flashings under the same covering. We do the second where the material around the failure is sound, and say so when the shingle is brittle across a slope or the felt tears wherever we lift a tile, because then restoration is money spent twice and the answer is a re-roof.
Lantana, Hypoluxo, Manalapan and Atlantis share a ZIP code, and the permit desk changes at the town line. Lantana has no online portal: the Building Division on Greynolds Circle takes paper copies walked in or emailed, paid by cash or check only.
Hypoluxo contracts its permits to an outside service. Manalapan runs its own portal and its own hours, Monday to Saturday, nothing on Sundays or holidays.
Atlantis sends exterior work through its Architectural Review Committee, though roof repairs are exempt. Give us the address and we confirm the desk before we quote.
Our repair records include repeat work at the Yacht Club Way condos in Hypoluxo, on the Intracoastal, and repairs on South Lake Drive, South Atlantic Drive and Lantana Pines Drive; our re-roofs in the same period were on North Lake Drive and East Lantana Road. Lantana has no online permit portal. The town's Building Division at 504 Greynolds Circle takes two paper copies plus one digital copy, delivered in person or emailed, and it accepts cash or check only, with no online payment. Inspections run 9 to 3 and are requested before 3 pm for the next day. That changes how we sequence a job: the file is walked in, not uploaded.
Lantana's mainland is in the 160 mph band; the island side of Lake Worth Lagoon is 170 mph, and the whole town is in the wind-borne debris region. The town administers its own flood zone building requirements, and a fifth of Lantana is water, so lagoon-side lots get the flood check early.

Hypoluxo Island and Manalapan sit in the higher coastal wind band, so any metal we replace goes in a grade that stands the salt and is fastened to that band, not to the mainland schedule. Where the underlayment has failed under clay barrel tile, we detach and reset: lift the tile, replace the underlayment and reset the same tile, with crews in protective, safe footwear.
