Colony and river repairs: rust out, stainless in
At the Jupiter Inlet Beach Colony and on the river streets the repair replaces failed metal with metal that will not fail. Rusted valley liners are cut out and replaced in stainless or copper, drip edge renewed the length of the eave, corroded cap nails pulled and the caps reset on stainless screws, rusted 5V screws swapped for stainless, cut edges hemmed and sealed. The tile around the work is lifted, saved and relaid so the street sees no patch. Sealant over rust is not a repair, and it is not what we do.
