Flat Roof Repair and Replacement in Royal Palm Beach

On a Royal Palm Beach house the flat section sits below a tile roof, and the tile drains onto it. The water runs to the wall, sits against the upstand and gets behind flashing that was set too low, and the stain shows up inside a room away.

The repair rebuilds that junction: membrane carried up the wall to a proper height, new flashing, the tile above relaid over it. On a villa row the low-slope section at the party wall is flashed so neither unit leaks into the other.
