$250 total, paid on every completed job you refer. No limit on referrals.
That is the whole programme, and the rest of this page is just the detail: how to send someone, what happens after you do, when the money actually arrives and who counts as a referral. We have been a family business in Palm Beach County since 1975 and almost all of it came by word of mouth, so paying for a referral is not a promotion we thought up this year.

How to send someone
- Give us a name and a number, either on the referral form or by ringing 561-318-8624. We call them, say who sent us, and arrange a free roof inspection at a time that suits them.
- A Molsbee roofer walks the roof, photographs what he finds and gives them a written price. Nothing about that visit changes because they came through you, and nothing about their price changes either.
- What changes is that we know who sent them, so when the job is finished we know who to pay.
When it pays, and to whom
It pays when the roof is finished, not when the quote is signed. Once the job is complete, you get $125 and the person you sent gets $125, which is $250 on every completed job you refer.
Paying at the end rather than at the quote is deliberate: it means nobody is being paid to talk somebody into a roof, and it means the money lands at the point where you actually did us a favour. We will tell you when the job completes rather than leaving you to chase it.
Your neighbor gets paid too
This is the part people miss, so it is worth saying plainly. The $125 is not only for you.
The person you sent gets the same $125 when their roof is done. That is why this is worth passing on rather than keeping quiet about: you are not steering a friend toward a company for your own benefit, you are handing them something they would not have got by finding us on Google.
It also means neither of you has to feel odd about the arrangement, which is usually what stops people mentioning a referral scheme at all.
There is no cap
Refer one neighbor or refer eleven. There is no limit on how many people you can send and no point at which the programme stops paying, because there is no reason for one.
A roofer who is busy is a roofer who can keep a crew together, and a customer who arrived through someone they know starts the job already trusting us. That is worth more to a family business than any advertising we could buy with the same money.
Who counts
Anyone with a roof anywhere we work, which is Palm Beach County from Jupiter down to Boca Raton. Houses, condominium units where the owner controls the roof, and commercial buildings.
It does not matter whether the job turns out to be a full replacement or a repair, and it does not matter whether you have ever been a Molsbee customer yourself. If you send us someone and the work gets done, that is a completed job and it counts.
Why we pay for referrals at all
Because it is honest about where the work comes from. Fifty years in one county and most calls still start with somebody saying a neighbor gave them our number.
We could spend the same money on advertising and reach people who have never heard of us, or we can give it to the person who already vouched for us and to the person who listened. One of those two has been working since 1975.

How much is the referral reward?
$125 to you and $125 to the person you referred, for $250 in total on every completed job. It is paid after their roof is finished.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No. There is no cap on how many referrals you send and no cap on what you can earn from them. Each completed job is treated on its own.
Does my referral pay more because I sent them?
No, and that is the point. They get the same free inspection, the same photographs and the same written price as anyone who found us on Google, and then they get $125 of their own when the job is done. The programme comes out of our pocket, not out of their estimate.
What if they only need a repair?
It still counts. The programme is not restricted to full roof replacements, and we would rather you sent us the neighbor with a leak than kept quiet because you were not sure it qualified.
When exactly do we get paid?
After the roof is complete. Not at the inspection, not at signing, not when the deposit clears. When the work is finished and the job is closed out, both payments go out. Ring 561-318-8624 at any point if you want to know where a referral of yours has got to.
