How to send someone
- Give us a name and a number, either on the referral form or by calling 561-318-8624. We call them, say who sent us, and arrange a free roof inspection at a time that suits them.
- A Molsbee roofer walks the roof, photographs what he finds and gives them a written price. Nothing about that visit changes because they came through you, and nothing about their price changes either.
- What changes is that we know who sent them, so we know who to pay.
When it pays, and to whom
It pays in two steps, and it pays you, the person who refers. You get $125 when your friend books their appointment with us, and another $125 when they sign.
That is up to $250 for every friend you refer. The friend you send does not get a payment; what they get is the same free inspection and written price as anyone else.
We will tell you when each payment is due rather than leaving you to chase it.
What your neighbor gets
This is worth saying plainly. The referral reward goes to you, not to the person you send.
What your neighbor gets is a roofer who already knows who vouched for them, and the same free inspection, the same photographs and the same written price as anyone who found us on Google. You are not steering a friend toward a company for your own benefit; you are passing on the number of a family firm you trust.
That is usually what makes people comfortable mentioning a referral at all.
There is no cap
Refer one neighbor or refer eleven. There is no limit on how many people you can send and no point at which the program stops paying, because there is no reason for one.
A roofer who is busy is a roofer who can keep a crew together, and a customer who arrived through someone they know starts the job already trusting us. That is worth more to a family business than any advertising we could buy with the same money.
Who counts
Anyone with a roof anywhere we work, which is Palm Beach County from Jupiter down to Boca Raton and west to Wellington. Houses, condominium owners who are responsible for their own roof, and commercial buildings.
It does not matter whether the job turns out to be a full replacement or a repair, and it does not matter whether you have ever been a Molsbee customer yourself. If you send us someone and they book, that counts.
Why we pay for referrals at all
Because it is honest about where the work comes from. A neighbor who has watched our crew on the street, or who had a roof done by us, is a better introduction than any advertisement.
We would rather give that money to the person who vouched for us.
What your neighbor's free inspection covers
A Molsbee roofer checks the roof edges, valleys, flashings, pipe and vent collars and the condition of the tile, shingle, metal or membrane, and looks at the ceilings and attic where he can get in. Every finding is photographed and the photos go to your neighbor.
The report also says what an inspection cannot see without opening the roof, such as the wood deck and most of the underlayment under tile.
What they get in writing
A written scope with the price before any work starts, naming the tear-off, underlayment, covering, flashings, permit and clean-up. On a clay barrel tile roof, it may be a detach-and-reset: we lift the tile, replace the underlayment and reset the same tile.
When the job is done they get the passed inspection, the manufacturers' product warranties and, if their insurer asks, a roof certification letter.

What if they only need a repair?
It still counts. The program is not restricted to full roof replacements, and we would rather you sent us the neighbor with a leak than kept quiet because you were not sure it qualified.
