    The committee decides the tile before you do

    St Andrews Country Club, the Oaks at Boca Raton, Woodfield Hunt Club, Boca Tierra and most of West Boca's communities publish architectural standards on tile profile and color, and several name the manufacturers they accept. A re-roof that ignores them gets a stop-work notice. We pull the standards before the inspection, bring samples that match, and build the submittal with you: profile, color, cut sheets, a roof plan. Approval usually takes longer than the roofing, so it starts first.

    Whole streets, same summer

    Communities built together age together. When the felt under one roof in Seasons or Glades Landing cracks at the laps, its neighbors are a season or two behind, and the tile on all of them still looks new from the sidewalk.
