On the canal, the metal grades should be named on the quote. Set back from the water, they should not be there at all. Both errors cost money, and both are common because a contractor working from a rate will apply one specification to the whole village. How do I know the coastal metal was fitted?

Is financing available?
Yes, and the order matters. We price the roof first from a measurement, in writing, so the number is known before anyone discusses how to pay for it. Payment plans and state storm-hardening programmes both exist and we explain plainly which apply. What we will not do is lead with a monthly figure, because a monthly figure without an itemised roof behind it tells you nothing about what you are buying.
