My roof is not old. Why is it leaking?

How much does a repair cost?
Far less than a replacement, and it depends on what is wrong. A collar, a length of sealant or a valley cleared is a short visit on an inland lot. On the canal side a run of corroded metal renewed in section is also a short job, and considerably cheaper than the slope it prevents.
