I manage a condo in Delray that consists of 10 - 3 story buildings, a clubhouse and 69 garages. After 10 years of using Molsbee Roofing for our roof repairs, we decided to contract Molsbee Roofing for our re-roof project. Mark took the time to meet with us and explain the different types of materials and warranties that were available for our buildings so we can make an educated decision. Used Molsbee Roofing again after they installed a flat roof in 2018. Worked with Doug who was very helpful. Very good crew who cleaned up every day, anything that was missed was taken care of the next day. We got a metal roof and there were some small issues (as expected) and either Doug or Zak (the project manager) got on it immediately, they make a great team. Doug always replied to my calls or e-mails. They want things to go smoothly as much as the customer does. This is a well-established company who has been in business for several years. I would rather use an honest roofing company like Molsbee and have a few issues, which will be resolved then deal with an unscrupulous roofer who will take your money run, which is a real problem in South Florida. Based on my experience, I would recommend Molsbee Roofing.
